Job Description
K. Wah International Holdings Limited ("KWIH"), listed in Hong Kong in 1987, is an integrated property developer and investor with a foothold in Hong Kong, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions. KWIH encompasses a portfolio of premium residential developments, Grade-A office towers, retail complexes, hotel and serviced apartments.
As one of the active property developers in Hong Kong, KWIH has approximately 10,000 residential units under its current Hong Kong development portfolio. With strong experience in developing projects involve lands from the government as well as participating in MTR property development and Urban Renewal Authority projects, we will continue to deliver premium projects built to an uncompromising standard of quality and innovation.
To cope with our on-going business expansion, we are looking for high calibre young talent with great potential and ambition to take up this role with great challenges, yet also comes with once in a lifetime exposure.
Responsibilities:
Lead the launch new residential developments to formulate and implement tactical sales strategies to optimize sales volume
Leverage and expand existing network to conduct in-depth market research and analysis to facilitate effective pricing tactics and generate maximum sales revenue
Work closely with both internal teams and external parties, e.g. property agents, to extend the audience outreach to identify potential buyers for the key properties
Ensure all sales plan and activities are being executed with the goal of fulfilling sales target
Oversee the legal documents and sales checking reports for sales campaigns effectiveness analysis
Supervise the sales operations from show flat design to arranging sales office and sales launch logistics
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or other relevant disciplines obtained in a reputable institution. MSc in Real Estate graduates will be an advantage.
Professional Qualifications in HKIS/ RICS are highly preferable
Minimum 10 years or above relevant high-end residential sales experiences gained in reputable property developers, with a proven successful records in achieve sales target
In-depth knowledge in Hong Kong property market and excellent in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
Strong business acumen and hungry to drive commercial success
Detail minded and a good motivator to both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer oriented approach
Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin Chinese
Immediately Available is highly preferred
