We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on providing exceptional beverage service while ensuring a clean and organized work station. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and supporting the overall operations of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Service:

  • Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders promptly.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages as required.
  • Ensure that all beverages are presented attractively and meet quality standards.

• Work Station Maintenance:

  • Keep the beverage station clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.

• Guest Interaction:

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance the customer experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Team Support:

  • Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation and station maintenance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service quality.
