Job Description:
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, payroll processing, taxation, MPF administration, and group medical insurance;
Administer monthly payroll calculations, ensuring accurate processing of final payments, tax filings, and leave entitlements;
Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives;
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant HR laws, regulations, and statutory requirements;
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection;
Supervise office operations, encompassing procurement of supplies, facilities maintenance, telecommunication systems, insurance, equipment support, renovation projects, and premises management;
Manage daily HR operations, addressing general staff inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally;
Supervise support staff (e.g., cleaners), delegating tasks to ensure seamless daily operations;
Lead the planning and execution of company activities, staff engagement events, and training programs to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture;
Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by Management.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, or any related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative responsibilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, and employee engagement practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is highly desirable.
