Job details: 
- Assist in managing customer escalation / complaints on receivable matters and take charge on resolution
- Coordinate with Billing and Credit Control & Collection Team to ensure proper handling of customer queries
- Prepare customized reports and documents for management review
- Handle AR daily operations and initiatives to drive operation efficiency

Requirements: 

-Form 5 HKCEE or Form 6 DSE above
-At least 2 years of working experience in related sector
-Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC skills
-ERP system experience is required 
-Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
