Primary Purpose:

• Sales & Leasing of a high-end collection of residences and retail properties across Hong Kong

Job Description:

• Principally involved in daily sales and leasing of The V – a high end collection of residence and serviced apartments
• Handle daily enquiries from website, email, phone and booking engine
• Coordinate with Accounts and On-site teams to ensure company policy and procedure is followed
• Manage key corporate accounts and conduct regular sales call to maintain good relationship
• Assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned
• Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries

Requirements:

• University degree or above (With EAA license is a plus)
• Working experience in leasing. Preference will be given to those with experience in leasing and sales in the residential and retail property sector. Property management experience is a plus;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic personality
• Well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
• Ability to work under pressure
• A Drive to Succeed
• Immediate available is preferred
