About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive marketing professional to drive campaigns for residential property launches. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative, compliant, and results-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing strategy and campaign planning for new property launches

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide decision-making

• Manage campaign execution, timelines, and budgets

• Coordinate with agencies, media, and vendors for smooth delivery

• Create bilingual marketing content across print, digital, and social platforms

• Ensure all materials meet regulatory standards

• Track performance and prepare reports for management

• Assist with budgeting and ad-hoc marketing tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field

• 3+ years of marketing experience in property development

• Strong writing skills in English and Chinese

• Knowledge of Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Officer role
