Our client is a renowned and well-established insurer in GI and Life insurance with global presence. They are looking for a young talents to join their product development team as an Officer or Senior Officer. 

Job Duties:

• Support product managers to manage product development and revamp projects

• Provide user requirements, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for proposal systems and collaborate with workgroup members to ensure the required deliverables are completed for product launch

• Conduct market studies and collect market intelligence to help the management to understand the market conditions and the competitiveness of our products

• Perform business analysis about the product performance and details of customers

• Support the implementation of sales and customer incentive programs such as drafting the campaign specification and campaign setup, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Marketing or related discipline

• At least 1 years’ experience in product development is preferred

• Strong sense of accountability and attention to details

• Independent but also a good team player

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint in advanced level is preferred
