Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation of different events, seminars, promotions and marketing campaigns

• Maintain and update the company website, social media and design marketing related materials

• Handle customer enquires

• Respond to clients and prospective clients in an efficient and professional manner

• Establish and maintain current and potential client database

• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

• Provide administrative support for the business development

 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines

• At least 1-2 years working experience in marketing preferred, fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

• Familiar with graphics and web design software such as Fireworks, Dreamweaver is preferred

• Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary

• Pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated and independent with strong sense of responsibility

• Customer-oriented, mature and with good experiences in dealing with customers’ request

• Immediate available is preferable
