The Program 

Our 18-month program provides our Management Trainees with abundant learning opportunities to gain all-round exposure and receive on-the-job training in various business functions within the Company in both our Hong Kong and Mainland portfolios. Customized training curriculum will also strengthen your management skills as well as business acumen. Throughout the program, Top Management of Hang Lung, Senior Executives from different departments and Human Resources coaches will offer strong guidance and coaching to Trainees, facilitating their learning and bringing their potential into full play.

• 2026 Graduates and 2025 Graduates with less than 18 months of working experience

• Passion for a long-term career development in the property industry  

• Eagerness to gain exposure in Hong Kong and Mainland

• Strong people and leadership skills with excellent analytical thinking  

• Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English and Chinese
