How You Will Do It:

-To update and maintain the investor database, track and monitor industry news, research reports, and consensus changes, etc

-To liaise with different parties and assist with IR-related activities such as investor meetings, conference calls, AGMs, non-deal roadshows, etc

-To coordinate with internal and external parties and collect ESG data

-To assist in preparing and developing IR materials, including presentations and other related materials for the interim and annual financial results and ESG report of the Group

-To perform any ad hoc duties

What we look for:

-Bachelor degree holder in Finance/ Business Administration/ Public Relations/ Communications or related disciplines

-1 year of relevant experience with relevant experience in listed company/ agency is an advantage; fresh graduate will also be considered

-Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

-Self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to meet tight deadline

-Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

-Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
