Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Director to fully oversee the omni-channel strategic planning and business expansion in Mainland China. The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in managing both online and offline channels (including Douyin, Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, and offline retail systems), lead channel development, team building, and performance achievement, and take full responsibility for overall channel revenue targets. The successful candidate should have practical experience from leading e-commerce companies and rich resources in the 3C industry, effectively driving sustained and rapid growth of our domestic business.
Job Responsibilities
Channel Strategy and Expansion
Develop and execute domestic omni-channel sales strategies covering platform e-commerce (Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo), content e-commerce (Douyin, Kuaishou), and offline distribution and retail networks.
Explore new channel partners, maintain and deepen strategic relationships with platform parties, agents, key retailers, and other stakeholders.
Team Building and Management
Take charge of building and leading the domestic sales team from scratch, covering functions such as channel management, offline business, and e-commerce operations.
Set team performance goals, organize training and assessment mechanisms, and build a high-performance channel sales team.
Revenue Management and Performance Achievement
Be responsible for key performance indicators such as domestic channel sales revenue, profit, and market share. Develop channel sales budgets and monitor their execution.
Identify business growth opportunities and problem areas through data analysis, adjusting operational and resource strategies to ensure target achievement.
Market and Policy Coordination
Gain insights into domestic 3C consumer electronics industry trends and competitive dynamics, developing differentiated channel strategies and promotional plans.
Ensure channel operations comply with domestic laws, regulations, and platform policy requirements, mitigating operational and compliance risks.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective alignment of product strategies, marketing activities, and channel sales.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 10 years of channel sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role (Sales Director/Channel Director) in domestic e-commerce or retail.
Practical experience in channel management or e-commerce operations at leading e-commerce companies (e.g., Tmall, JD.com, Douyin E-commerce, Pinduoduo).
Strong background in the 3C industry, familiarity with consumer electronics channel sales models, and established channel networks and customer resources.
Excellent team leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and managing nationwide channel teams from scratch.
Data-sensitive, results-driven, with outstanding negotiation, communication, and cross-department coordination skills.
Willingness to undertake frequent business trips. Fluency in Mandarin is required; proficiency in Cantonese or English is a plus.
