Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

Position Description

Lead, liaise and negotiate with end users to reach a consensus on the requirements, delivery schedule and resource commitment.
Prepare and perform User Acceptance Testing on platform functionalities, identify and report defects, and follow up with the team on resolution.
Handle report development for operation department, assist in daily system support.

What You'll Do

• Prioritize user and customer needs; solicit and analyze business requirements.
• Drive the development of business process mapping and use cases; compile and review specifications for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage changes to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate and support business process changes.
• Assist business stakeholders in preparing user acceptance test plans, test cases, test data, and acceptance criteria.
• Aid business stakeholders in developing data migration strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.

What You'll Need

1. Technical Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 4 years of solid experience in solution analysis, project delivery and system integrations.
• Proficient understanding of BABOK, Agile Methodology, and Design Thinking
• Demonstrated proficiency in vendor and people management
• Experience in data analytics is advantageous
• Proven experience of project delivery in both waterfall and agile models is preferred
• Experience working on SaaS and ERP projects is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position
  

2. Other Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related disciplines
• Knowledge of SQL programming and report development would be an advantage
• Work independently with strong analytical mindset
