Our client is HK listed conglomerate. They are now looking for Group Finance Director to join the team.

The Role

• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Analyze business related data, presenting reports and provide suggestions to the management team to actively drive the business for sales and profit margin, help to mitigate risks and to work out strategy proposals.
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or related subject
• CPA qualified
• At least 20 years of relevant working experience and with at least 10 years in a managerial level
• From listed company background is a MUST
• Entrepreneurial mindset. Proactive, driven, able to cope with changes and multi-task
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
