Responsibilities:

• Perform inter-departmental coordination to form strategic options and solutions for senior/ executive level decision making

• Responsible for managing team of Disciplinary and Project Managers

• Responsible for full spectrum of project management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project

• Perform contract administration and site supervision

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for the execution of the project within budget & project time frame, and meeting with the quality requirements

• Manage consultant teams on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner

Requirement:

• Master of Architecture or equivalent obtained from a reputable institution

• Registered Architect of HKIA or RIBA

• Minimum 12 years' post qualification experiences in property development

• Previous relevant working experience with property developers in handling high-end and mass marketing residential and commercial projects is an advantage

• Well-versed with statutory standards & regulations

• Good knowledge of building & finishing materials & their applications

• Strong communications & leadership skills

• Knowledgeable on current products available in competitive markets environment

• Skillful in interpreting quality product value produced economically to control budget

• Development master-planning and feasibility studies is an advantage
