The Role

• Audit Execution: Conduct internal audit assignments to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal control, risk management, and governance processes.
• Strategic Recommendations: Identify improvement areas and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks efficiently.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports that clearly articulate control deficiencies and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Remediation: Collaborate with management to monitor and ensure successful remediation of identified issues.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related disciplines.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, FRM, or other relevant professional qualifications are highly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of audit, compliance, or AML experience within the insurance, banking or financial services industry. Experience with Big 4 firms is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong project management capabilities. Excellent report writing skills are essential.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
