Responsibilities 工作範圍: Serve food and beverage to guests in the restaurant.

• Perform daily job tasks such as setting tables, refilling condiments etc.

• Provide quality service to guests and surpass their expectations.

• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

• Handle guests' enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner

• Liaise with guest requests in regards to special occasions, birthdays, dietary requests

• Upselling and making recommendations to guests upon booking and arrival

• Assist with venue event enquiries

• Be the welcoming face of our restaurant

• 一般樓面工作，如帶位，落單，上菜和餐廳清潔

• 協助日常餐運作及提供良好的客戶服務

• 為客人提供優質餐飲服務

Requirements 工作要求:

• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and basic proficiency in Mandarin and English &

• Willing to learn

• Responsible; A good and supportive team player

• Valid work visa and eligible to work in Hong Kong

• Immediately available is highly preferable

• 擁有流利的粵語，並具備基本的普通話溝通能力和英語口語能力

• 工作積極主動，守時有禮及團隊精神

• 合資格在香港工作
