We are looking for a Barista - Lobby Lounge based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

 

As a Barista - Lobby Lounge, we rely on you to: 

• Create a friendly and enjoyable coffee experience to guests

• Preparing high standard specialty coffee and drinks to guests

• Ensures the food safety and hygiene standards

• Maintain a clean and comfortable working & guest area

• Obtains guest feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction

• Assist in restaurant daily operations, as assigned by the manager

• 提供優質的顧客服務

• 為顧客製作及提供高品質的調製咖啡/飲品

• 保持衛生清潔

• 處理店內日常運作，包括確保食品新鮮及庫存足夠

• 協助餐廳日常營運，並按經理指示執行相關工作

 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Tourism, or related disciplines is preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in café operations or customer service; candidates with coffee certification will be given priority

• Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering excellent guest service

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player

• Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays 

• 持有酒店、旅遊或相關學科之文憑或以上學歷者優先考慮

• 具備兩年或以上咖啡店營運或顧客服務經驗；持有咖啡調配證書者優先

• 對咖啡充滿熱誠，致力提供卓越的賓客服務

• 注重細節、積極主動、具良好團隊合作精神

• 良好粵語、普通話及英語溝通能力

• 能接受輪班工作，包括週末及公眾假期
