About the Role

As an Assistant Indian Chef, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily requisitions for the required food items, ensuring all food products are prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.

• Assist Chefs in developing new recipes and F&B promotions.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 3 years of experience in Hotels with similar capacities or restaurants.

• Sound knowledge in Indian and Southeast Asian cuisines, as well as latest market trends.

• Familiar with kitchen operations, including HACCP, cost control and safety standards.

• Team player with strong communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese and/or Putonghua would be an advantage.
