Our client is a public corporation set up by the Hong Kong Government in Hong Kong. They are seeking for a Senior Analyst / System Analyst to participate in experience in design, development, testing and system release preferably in MS Dynamic CRM.

Responsibilities
 

• Responsible for system design, technical analysis and project management

• Perform project management duties and work with other teams for system integration

• Work closely with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong relationships with user teams

• Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties

• Proactive support the business objectives of Company by contributing technical advice and input as necessary

• Analyze operational matrix, Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard

• Conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
 

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines.

• 5 years or above experience in design, development, testing and system release preferably in MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems. Commencing position and job grade will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, and competencies.

• Hands-on experience in CRM system implementation and workflow design, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure/Alibaba Cloud system design, development and API integration is a definite advantage

• Knowledge in C#, Open AI and ability to conduct modelling in MS Power BI will be an advantage

• Outstanding relationship management and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of business users to elevate the total user experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work under pressure

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
