Job Overview

• Identify and develop potential markets and build relationships with potential customers

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers, promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product and service information to ensure a positive customer experience

Roles and Key Responsibilities

1. General Assistant

• Generating new business opportunities

• Assist in qualifying leads

• Building relationships with potential clients

• Act as the first point of contact for prospects

2. Technology Assistant

• Research and test innovative tech solutions to support business development

• Collaborate with the team to ensure technical solutions align with business needs

• Assist the Business Development team in troubleshooting technical issues, such as software setup and network connectivity

• Configure and manage new technical tools or features to boost operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Excel, Word), and familiarity with AI and digital tools

• Responsive and responsive to messages

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Proactive, strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a strong work ethic

• Proficient in English and strong social skills

Salary Range

Salary is calculated based on tasks and performance, with an hourly rate range of $50-$80.
