Job Summary

My client is seeking a detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining financial applications to enhance our financial operations and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Management: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of financial applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.

• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.

• User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, addressing issues related to financial applications and processes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure that financial applications align with business objectives.

• Reporting: Generate and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support decision-making.

• Compliance: Ensure that financial applications comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Testing: Participate in the testing of new application features and upgrades to ensure functionality and performance meet user requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role involving financial applications such as but not limited to Aderant/Intapp/Elite 3E, etc?

• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.

• Proficiency in financial software and applications (e.g., Clio, Aderant, MyCase, 3E, Rocket Matter, Intapp, Zola Suite, LexisNexis Time Matters)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
