Responsibilities:

• Acquire and develop new client relationships and distribution channels to achieve the branch's performance objectives.

• Organize and execute marketing initiatives to enhance community presence and engage local client segments.

• Facilitate account opening and address client inquiries, driving conversion from prospect to actively funded accounts.

• Maintain up-to-date expertise in equity markets, providing clients with relevant market insights and analytical perspectives.

• Oversee and coordinate frontline promoters, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to operational standards.

• Proactively leverage personal networks and resources to identify and onboard new clients.

• 開拓及發展新客戶關係與分銷渠道，以實現分行業績目標。
• 策劃並執行市場推廣活動，提升社區影響力，深入觸達本地客戶群體。
• 協助客戶開立帳戶並解答諮詢，推動潛在客戶轉化為活躍資金帳戶。
• 持續更新股市專業知識，為客戶提供相關市場洞察與分析觀點。
• 統籌管理前線推廣團隊，確保團隊高效運作並符合操作規範。
• 主動利用個人網絡及資源開發新客戶。

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset
• Possession of SFC Licenses for Type 1&2 is a must
• Mature, a strong team player, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently, client-oriented, with excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing
• Willing to perform shift duties covering weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
