Job Descriptions

Work closely with sales team and insurance companies to ensure proper issuance of policies;
To handle customer inquiries and service request through emails, live chat, and phone calls;
Responsible for organizing and maintaining customer inquiry techniques;
Responsible for renewal reminders and  services;
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, transfer to relevant departments;
Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned by team leader.

Job Requirements
Diploma holder or above;
More than 3 years of relevant working experience in insurance industry, candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Specialist;
Passed IIQE Paper 1,3 is a must;
Fluency in Cantonese & Mandarin;
Self-motivated and able to work independently;
Good team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and learning agility.
