Job description:

What the role is?

• Provide support to sales channels (Brokers and Bancassurance segments) to facilitate business growth.
• Manage customer enquiries via hotmail and email, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requirements.
• Process new business applications and service requests while maintaining agreed service levels.
• Communicate regularly with customers from various sales channels to ensure consistent delivery of updates, changes, and new information.
• Ensure all customer and business partner complaints are acknowledged and resolved promptly in accordance with the company's service standards.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from the supervisor, such as preparing User Requirement Specifications (URS) and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

What we look for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Services, or a related disciplines.
• 5 years of customer service experience in insurance operations.
• Possession of IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5 is required.
• Strong understanding of daily customer service operations across multiple channels.
• In-depth knowledge of investment-linked and protection insurance products.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills across all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain internal and external relationships.
