This role will work under the supervision of the Partners / Associates, with guidance from the Partners. You will work alongside trainees or other paralegals to perform the following duties:

• Minimum 2 years experiences in compliance

• primarily working on compliance matters for Hong Kong listed companies

• Assisting other capital markets related works

• Reviewing / drafting offering circular or other disclosure documents

• Assisting with simple drafting of commercial agreements

• Assisting with collation and preparation of conditions precedent

• Proofreading / checking cross-referencing

• Liaising with external parties

• Legal research where required

Education: LLB or LLM, PCLL is a plus but not a must-have.

Working language: English and Mandarin (both writing and speaking)
