• Support leasing activities for retail spaces within shopping malls.

• Identify and engage potential tenants to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

• Assist in lease negotiations and preparation of documentation.

• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and provide ongoing support.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform leasing strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease execution and handover.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience in retail leasing or property management preferred (community mall experience is welcome).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of leasing systems is an advantage.
