Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement marketing strategy for residential property projects

• Monitor and assist with project launch preparation, including preparation and production of marketing collateral, PR & media campaigns, sales office and show flat, building models, sales brochure, etc.

• Liaise and negotiate with vendors, partners, agencies, and contractors

• Carry out occasional on-site work and event management for sales launch activities as required

• Conduct property market research and competitive research for new development projects

• Support relevant documentation for internal departments

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or other relevant disciplines obtained in a reputable institution

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in property field

• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and sensitive to the latest market trends and data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships

• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin Chinese

• Immediately Available is highly preferred
