Responsibilities

• Set goals for telemarketing staff and monitor their performance to boost sales

• Oversee team efficiency and manage staffing plans

• Monitor calls to ensure high service quality

• Train staff to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

Requirements

• Post-secondary education

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience

• Strong sales motivation and proven sales management skills
