Responsibilities

-       Assist the marketing lead for setting vision, strategy, and direction

-       Support creative design, market research, data analysis and manage company's social media to drive informed decision-making

-       Contribute to the planning and development of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

-       Coordinate cross-brand collaborations, including IP licensing, co-branding campaigns

-       Create targeted content for social media, and in-store promotions to enhance customer retention

-       Identify the needs of customers and causes of customers’ compliments and complaints

-       Work closely with the team and different departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirement

-         Bachelor degree holder in marketing or related discipline

-          At least 5 years marketing experience in commercial

-          Good communication, organizational ability, analytical and problem-solving skills

-          Fluent English, Chinese and Mandarin

-          Sport lover is highly preferable
