Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform a full and comprehensive spectrum of HR compensation & benefits duties including but not limited to monthly payroll reconciliation and related cost allocation, annual tax filing and other ad-hoc C&B assignments

• Assist to perform market research on latest compensation and benefit benchmarking

• Perform maker role in daily C&B operations 

• Involvement in HRIS system development, integration, enhancement and UAT testing

• Assist to prepare analysis and reports to fulfill HQ requirements

• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above 

• Min. 5 years or above C&B experience with financial institutions

• Good communication and organization skills

• Strong numerical foundation and good knowledge of employment related ordinances

• Strong in using MS Excel spreadsheets including v-lookup, pivot table and etc

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediate availability is preferred
