Our client is a reputable F&B group with diversified F&B concepts across the region. To strive for business expansion, a great opportunity exists for the Operations Leader to join and lead the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest experience.

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maximize efficiency and profitability.

• Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, food costs, and P&L statements, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Conduct regular inspections of all outlets to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Collaborate with chefs and F&B teams to maintain high food quality, presentation, and menu innovation.

• Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.

• Optimize staffing levels, schedules, and labor costs while maintaining service standards.

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand reputation.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

• Lead meetings with management teams to review performance, set goals, and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role. Candidates from hospitality industry are welcome to apply.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple locations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction.

• Willingness to travel between locations and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential.
