Executive Manager - Staff Engagement (Ref: SSO/SE/EM/JDB)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the account servicing team to provide effective HR support services, including recruitment, on/off boarding, human resources operations, employee relations, performance management, and managing disciplinary and complaint issues etc

• Effective engagement with staff at all levels to provide quality HR services

• Acting as a change agent with proactive and strategic planning and execution ability to implement regular reviews of HR related processes/procedures to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in managerial position, NGO experience is a definite advantage

• Conversant with the Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances

• Proficiency in written English and Chinese, as well as MS office
