-       負責管理與維護公司客戶資料，建立長期穩定及良好的合作關係

-       了解市場客戶需求制定營運策略，協調內部團隊執行

-       通過數據分析優化客戶策略，提升客戶滿意度和交易額

-       及時處理客戶的查詢及投訴，跟進解決進度，提升多方滿意度

-       挖掘潛在商機，協助開拓市場，推動業務增長

-       定期跟進行業動態，提供市場反饋，協助優化公司服務

任職要求

-       5年以上客戶管理或銷售經驗

-       具美團外送平台實操經驗者優先考慮

-       有國內工作經驗者優先考慮

-       本科或以上學歷，或知名院校畢業生優先考慮

-       熟悉電商、數字營銷或相關行業，具備出色的客戶溝通能力

-       對數據敏感，能通過分析工具（如Excel、CRM系統）評估客戶表現

-       熟悉社交媒體廣告投放 (如Facebook、Google Ads等)

-       能操流利中文及英語以及書寫能力

-       喜愛運動者優先考慮
