Job Descriptions

• Responsible for maintaining and supporting all lT technical aspects at office and site;

• Support the lT infrastructure, including computer hardware, application software and configurations for the group;

• Coordinate and implement lT security policies in order to protect data, software and hardware;

• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers and company personnel on IT and related procurement;

• Monitor end-user computing performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made and to identify future changes;

• Perform inventory control of IT facilities, record-keeping, and documentation;

• Act as Tier 1 IT support and escalate problems to Tier 2 support to resolve technical issues together.;

• Experience in OA system support, maintenance, and development is a MUST.

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or above in IT/CS or related disciplines;

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Deskside Support;

• Experience in deploying, managing and supporting in MS Windows, OS platform, MAC OS platform would be an advantage;

• Familiarity with LAN/WAN/VPN architecture and switching;

• Holder of lT Industry certification such as MCSE and CCNA is advantage;

• A good team player, detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills;

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and possessing good interpersonal skills.
