Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 147 years.  The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and medical and integrated health services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units.  It attends to more than 2,700,000 visits for services per year in the past 3 years with about 45,000 students of its affiliated schools.  We are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the position below.

Temporary Accounts Clerk (Ref: FIN-ACTCLK)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable & journal entries;

• Perform general accounting duties such as data record, purchase invoices/statements handling;

• Assist to process year end closing procedure;

• Check procurement documents;

• Perform bank reconciliation;

• Cheque preparation and general clerical works; and

• Ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Our Requirements:

• Tertiary education in related disciplines;

• At least with a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;

• At least 1 year relevant working experience and proficient in PC skills; and

• Less experienced candidates will be also considered.
