The Role

• Deliver technical support for a suite of front-to-back application systems, including Fidessa, Tora, Bloomberg Terminal (BBG), FIX gateway, and proprietary business platforms.
• Oversee client FIX onboarding processes and maintain effective vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and to implement enhancements or solutions for identified bugs.
• Contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing initiatives to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Actively participate in project implementation, including business workflow analysis and solution design.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks within relevant processes.
• Maintain comprehensive team knowledge bases and technical support documentation for ongoing use.

Your Profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in the securities industry, including a minimum of 2 years dedicated to FIX trading projects or system support.
• In-depth knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office application support, with hands-on experience in FIX connectivity.
• Proficiency in SQL database management and familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu operating environments.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills, paired with sound risk management awareness.
• Team-oriented, accountable, and equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
