The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will be the crucial link between our clients and candidates, building lasting relationships and providing expert market insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking detailed job briefings and sourcing candidates to conducting in-depth interviews and managing offer negotiations.

• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for extensive business growth.

• Act as a trusted advisor by providing professional consultation to both clients and candidates on salary benchmarks, market trends, and career development.

• End-to-end execution of staffing projects, including specialized government and NGO contracts.

• Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

What We Are Looking For:

• A university degree is required.

• Proven experience in a sales, client-facing, or customer service-oriented role is highly preferred.

• A natural team player with an outgoing personality, who enjoys networking and building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and levels.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A results-oriented, self-motivated, and highly resilient individual with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
