Responsibilities:

• To support all activities are delivered in accordance with procedures & service standard and the business operates in accordance with the Company and regulatory compliance & with robust internal control.

• Underwriting insurance applications for life and medical business to ensure the company achieves risk commensurate with the product design and the policy premium charged.

• Deliver excellent underwriting and customer service to customer relating to their life / medical applications, service includes answering inquiry call from channels.

• Keep abreast of changing customer expectation by conducting customer survey, focus group or/and feedback session with internal customer group periodically and initiate service enhancement plan to deliver the customer expectation as identified from customer feedback activities.

• To support the training to internal team members as well as external sales and intermediaries for upholding of a professional servicing team as well as effective communication with different sales channels.

• To support the system enhancement for business growth and enhancing service efficiency.

• Handle ad-hoc underwriting projects assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

• University graduate with life insurance professional qualification (e.g. FLMI or ICA).

• Minimum 1 years of underwriting experience in insurance industry

• Familiar with local regulations and compliance

• Knowledge of scanning and new business administration workflow

• Participated in system or business-related projects

• Meticulous, analytical and a team player

• Proficient in written and spoken English, written Chinese, spoken Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
