工作職責

• 管理一般會計職務和日常運作。

• 處理全套帳目，包括簿記、憑單準備和資料輸入。

• 監督應付帳款、應收帳款和發票開發。

• 確保付款符合內部政策並獲得批准。

• 協助準備年終結算和相關附表。

• 協助執行所需的特別任務。

  
  

任職要求

• 至少 5年會計工作經驗。

• 會計、財務或相關領域的學士學位

• 必須有金融公司工作經驗

• 有支付系統、Web3 或上市公司工作經驗者優先。

• 能夠獨立工作，並管理多項任務和截止期限。

• 精通會計軟體（如 QuickBooks）和 MS Excel。

• 必須有解決問題和獨立思考的能力

• 流利的廣東話、國語和英語口語及書寫能力。

• 能立即到崗者優先考慮

Responsibilities.

• Manage general accounting duties and daily operations.

• Handle full set of accounts including bookkeeping, voucher preparation and data entry.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing.

• Ensure payments are made in accordance with internal policies and approved.

• Assist in the preparation of year-end closing and related schedules.

• Assist with special assignments as needed.

  
  

Requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Must have experience working in a financial company

• Payment systems, Web3 or public company experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

• Must be able to solve problems and think independently

• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

• Immediate availability is a plus.
