Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for project efficiency.

• Facilitate cross-functional coordination, especially among Legal, Finance, Compliance, Audit, Operations, and Sales teams.

• Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support department objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

• 5+ years in project management, with exposure to insurance or reinsurance operations as a strong advantage.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in project management tools

• Demonstrated ability to drive results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
