Description

• Develop and execute APAC business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and retail collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, franchise partners, and e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring profitability and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the fashion retail or high-street fashion industry.
• Strong track record of driving growth and securing strategic partnerships in APAC markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across diverse markets.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
