Job Responsibilities:

• Providing property management services in accordance with guidelines and policies;

• Handling day-to-day operation, inquiries, complaints, maintenance, site inspections, security and cleaning services of properties;

• Preparing reports and documents, emergency incidents;

• Perform any ad-hoc duty as assigned.
  

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines;

• With 1 year public housing property management experience is preferred (no experience will be considered as trainee);

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels;

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin;

• Proficiency in PC applications in MS Office.
