Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure high level of customers’satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents/tenants;

• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided;

• Attend regular meetings and prepare management/financial reports;

• Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams;

• Answer inquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants;

• Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties.

Job Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines;

• Holder of PMP Licence Tier is preferred;

• Service oriented and self-motivated;

• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
