HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
Proactively assess potential issues and develop issue management plan
Handle media enquiries on corporate matters
Formulate and implement stakeholder engagement plan to ensure effective and consistent communications of HKTB’s initiatives to various stakeholder groups, including relevant government departments, Legislative Councillors, media, academics. Build and maintain good relations with stakeholders
Oversees speeches, letters, presentation and editorial materials for senior executives, ensure alignment with the organisation’s corporate directive
Manage the publication of HKTB’s annual report
Provide strategic media support to senior executives, including recommending appropriate and timely responses
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Corporate communications or Public Affairs
Exposure in public sector, good understanding in local political landscape and current issues
University degree in Communications or related discipline
Excellent command of both written Chinese and English
Strong interpersonal skills and good stakeholders network
Highly organized, detail-oriented and agile
A strong team player with positive mindset and proven ability to meet timeline
