Responsibilities:

• Lead an event team (1ppl) to responsible for the Projects (Event idea, executing future plans, budget control to timeline management).

• Manage large-scale conference, forum, summit and annual dinner (Over 500 pax)

• Monitor market trends and competitor information closely. Conduct market research to develop direction for enhancing the brand image

• Stay informed of trends and hot topics in the market

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Public Relations/ Event Management

• 8 years B2B event experience in IT & Tech company would be an advantage 

• Solid experience in event budgeting, P&L, reporting etc 

• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
