Responsibilities:  

• provide administrative and clerical support to the facility management (FM) team, including but not limited to, daily operational duties of helpdesk, document filing, mailing, printing of documents, recycling matters, disposal of confidential documents, stocktaking, etc;

• handle enquiries and liaise with internal & external parties on FM related matters;

• handle cleaning, repair/maintenance and miscellaneous requests through the Facility Management System;

• assist in preparing FM-related statistics and reports;

• assist in routine monitoring of in-house and outsourced security and cleaning services; and

• perform logistics support to FM matters and University events.
   

Applicants should: 

• possess a higher diploma/associate degree or above in Facility/Property Management or other related disciplines;

• have working experience in the Facility/Property Management field will be an advantage;

• have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is preferred;

• be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); and

• be self-disciplined, hard-working, proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work collaboratively and independently.
