Responsibilities

• Participate in system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of application systems

• Gather and analyze user requirements and prepare system specifications and technical documentation

• Prepare functional and technical documents including system design, flowcharts, and user manuals

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications according to business needs

• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports

• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Provide ongoing system support, maintenance, and performance tuning

• Coordinate with users, project teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery

• Ensure proper documentation and version control for system changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

• 2-5 years of experience as an Analyst Programmer, more exprience can consider as System Analyst (lead 3-4 memerbs)

• Strong experience in system analysis and application development

• Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports (designing and modifying reports)

• Good documentation skills, including functional and technical specifications

• Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL

• Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies

• IT infrastructure adopting Java EE (J2EE) on Linux or Windows server platform
