• Record and submit observations in the Daily Safety Observation Tracker (SOT) and provide trend analysis. Identify EHS risks and offer recommendations to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement in EHS practices.

• Compile, analyses, and produce deliverable reports and activities while consolidating Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) data and information from GC. This includes EHS leading and lagging indicators, as well as samples of photo records, documents, and reports. The reports and activities shall include, but are not limited to

1) Proactive EHS leadership engagement activities

2) Regular Health Risk Assessment (HRA) audits and site inspections

3) HRA 3-week look-ahead forecast

4) Incident reporting and log maintenance

5) Safety Observation Tracker (SOT) and trend analysis of irregularities

6) Records of key performance indicators (KPIs), including both leading and lagging indicators

7) Incident investigation reports and root cause analysis reports, if applicable 8) Any additional content required by the Employer and the Tenant

• Provide weekly and monthly EHS presentation materials to the employer and tenant to demonstrate the effectiveness of the EHS management system at the project site

• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or other safety/construction-related disciplines

• Registered Safety Officer is preferred

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety monitoring in the data center fitting out or A&A works of office and facility premises

• Good command of English and Chinese
