Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Concierge team to deliver quality services and support the daily operations at Concierge desk in prime commercial complex.

  • Train the Concierge team on the implementation and use of Smart Facilities Management systems.

  • Staying informed about advancements in Smart Facilities Management and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

  • Supervise the Concierge team, providing ongoing training and fostering collaboration to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service.

  • Coordinate with various internal departments to address customer inquiries and complaints, seeking innovative ways to enhance the quality of the Concierge experience.

  • Perform administrative tasks as required, including preparing reports, replying to emails, rosters and other duty assignments.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Plan, organize, and monitor the deployment of manpower and resources for the Concierge team to effectively support daily operations and events.

  • Ensure that grooming and performance standards of the Concierge team are consistently maintained.

  • Conduct regular walk-arounds and checks to monitor the Concierges and perform duties at the Concierge desk as needed.


Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or above.

  • Certificate in customer service, hospitality or related disciplines is preferred.

  • 2 years of experience in customer services, preferably in facilities management, property management, hotel or airlines.

  • Previous experience in Smart Facilities Management and POS systems is preferred

  • Hands-on experience using MS Office applications.

  • Hands-on experience working at concierge is preferred

  • Presentable, customer-oriented, and a good team player.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Customer Services Officer
