Responsibilities:

• Handle the handover and takeover activities of offices & shops with tenants

• Organize fitting-out projects with external and internal parties, including arrange meetings & inspections, liaise follow-up actions, maintain accurate tenancy records etc.

• Coordinate the fitting-out proposals with various parties and ensure the plan vetting process is in timely manner

• Monitor the effectiveness and schedule of pre-handover inspections and follow up feedback

• Maintain excellent relationships with tenants/contractors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience

• Familiar with the procedure of premise handover and fitting-out

• Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills and ability to multitask

• Customer-oriented, well-organized and independent working attitude

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, e.g. Outlook, Word etc.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Tenancy Officer

• Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
